What Happens Next?

1. We will contact you by email with your Confirmation Of Booking (COB); or to answer any questions if this is an enquiry.
2. Once you have your COB, please check all the details are correct and amend if necessary.
3. Please read your terms and conditions.
4. Pay your deposit via the Quickpayment link or Bank Transfer details provided on your COB. Please Note the deposit payment is non-refundable and secures your place.
5. Please fill in emergency contact and insurance details.
6. Let us know about any special dietary requirements.
7. Print and send the completed COB back to Brambles Art Retreat, or email a signed photo.
8. Please wait to book your flights.
9. We will contact you with flight suggestions  – as we try to arrange the best solution for all guests to arrive together and travel as a group.
10. The remaining balance may be paid off in stages – we will contact you when these payments are due.
