Was an amazing beautiful location with the best views in the village just outside the front door. Great teaching and support with painting and sketching and I enjoyed every minute with an amazing bunch of people. I will definitely be back.
This was my seventh painting holiday with Peter and Janet, I have been very satisfied with them all, and am a loyal returning customer. As always, Peter and Janet were unfailingly patient and courteous with their guests, and gave individual attention to all four of us according to need and prior art experience.
Cawsand and Kingsand turned out to be two adjacent villages with no discernible boundary line. Our house was in Kingsand, the highest up the cliff, with a truly amazing view over the bay to the south. The house and patio offered a wealth of subject matter literally on our doorstep, and we also spent a day painting and sketching on the beach, and another in the grounds of the nearby mansion at Edgecumbe Estate.
I have no hesitation recommending this holiday to both beginning and experienced artists. All good wishes, and thanks very much for the Cawsand experience.

There were inspirational views of Naples’ Bay to sketch and paint, from the hotel. Painting trips provided diversity in the ruins of Pompeii, the gardens of Ravello, the churches, and the ancient streets of Positano and Amalfi. Expert tuition was provided by our hosts Janet and Peter. A delightful trip.
