I used to hate Christmas Pud and didn’t bother saving space for it……. Until Mary taught me how to make one just likes hers and oh my gosh…. It’s sooooo delicious I always save space!

Last day I’ll be at the Harbour House gallery manning the exhibition. It closes tomorrow — take down at 2pm. Had lots of nice comments and ran a very enjoyable charcoal workshop.
